Step 2: Consultation + Site Visit = Free of Charge

We’ll come to your property free of charge to assess the project, discuss your ideas, and work out how to fit all your must-haves into your budget.

Dreaming of a new patio? A space for the kids to kick a ball around? An outdoor kitchen for entertaining? Or maybe a brand new driveway? Whatever your wishlist, this is the stage to share it all—there is no such thing as too much information at this stage of the process.

By the end of the visit, we’ll determine whether your project needs detailed landscape design drawings or just a clear, itemised budget and work schedule.

Step 3: Design Finalisation

It’s so much easier (and cheaper) to change your mind on paper before work begins. We undertake a thorough site analysis and use our landscaping expertise to come up with creative solutions that brings your vision to life and makes the most of your space.

We'll talk through all the details together. You’ll see different options and ways to combine elements, helping you decide exactly what will work best for your garden. As we chat, ideas evolve naturally—one suggestion leads to another, and before you know it, all your ideas are transforming into your perfect garden space.

Step 4: Budget Approval

Our estimates are very accurate and won’t change unless you decide to add or remove something from the project. We like to finalise the budget early on so you know exactly what costs to expect.

Breaking the costs down into a clear, itemized budget also gives you the flexibility to phase the work if doing everything at once feels like too much. Having a well-thought-out plan in place means that whenever you complete each stage, the end result will feel cohesive and intentional—not like a patchwork of ideas.

During this phase, we’ll show you examples of plants, hardscape materials, and features from brochures and online sources. Seeing these examples side by side makes it much easier to make confident choices and visualise how your finished garden will come together.

Of course, in this world, sometimes things don’t always go exactly to plan—patio slabs might get delivered in the wrong colour, the wrong trees arrive for planting, you change your mind and suddenly hate the position of the pergola.... no worries.... you name it, we've dealt with it! Because we take full responsibility for your project, we can handle any surprises quickly, effectively, and personally, so you can relax and watch your garden take shape.

Step 7: Maintenance

Once your new landscape is complete—sweet success!—we offer a range of maintenance services to keep your outdoor investment looking its best.

Regular care is key to keeping your garden healthy, beautiful, and functional. From watering and pruning to fertilising, we make sure your plants thrive and receive the proper care so that the integrity of the landscape is not compromised over time. Maintenance also helps prevent common issues like weeds, disease, or soil erosion problems, and allows for small adjustments as your garden grows and evolves. We also offer hardscaping maintenance such as pressure washing, chemical algae removal and timber treatment to keep everything in tip-top shape.
